Fly around our dream affordable, eco, rooftop community

We’re working with Agile Homes to create a rooftop community on top of our Backfields House building in St Pauls. Each of the 15 homes will have its own private space but will be well connected to a shared courtyard and rooftop garden allotment, creating a sense of community for residents.
50% of the homes would be for affordable rent (at LHA rates). While we are waiting for planning permission, take a virtual tour.
