Making a financial donation is easy, please contact us if you wish to make a donation and we will send you a form which allows us to reclaim tax under the Gift Aid scheme.

Household items - deliveries and collections can be arranged if necessary including house clearances. Please contact us to arrange a collection. If you wish to drop your items off personally, we are able to accept them at our St Phillips showroom. The address can be found on our contact us page.

Unfortunately from time to time we may have to refuse a donation due to limited storage space.

We cannot accept any of these items:

Washing Machines
Cookers
Electrical Beds/Chairs
Dishwashers
Cots (and any other baby items)
Pianos
Computer Equipment
Large Office Furniture

Please note the following restrictions apply on certain items:

All soft furnishings must meet the 1988 Fire Regulations (See fire label on the item) .
All beds and mattresses must meet the 1996 Fire Regulations (See fire label on the item).
All televisions, videos and dvd players must have a remote control and scart socket.
All televisions must be seen working when donated/collected.
All electricals must be in full working order and be safe to use.
